Greetings fellow ASRC members; I hope everyone enjoyed a relaxing holiday season and is looking forward to the New Year. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as your board president for the upcoming 2013 calendar year.

As my predecessor John Green summed up in his December communication, we oversaw a tremendous amount of change during 2012. The work started in 2011 to spin off the swim team, a team that in terms of number of swimmers had outgrown the confines of our six lane pool, was completed as was the revamping of the tennis program to return it to the black versus running in the red.
