Playing on a USTA team is the best way to improve your game, face healthy competition, and meet other players.
The USTA Adult league is open to six levels of play as defined by the NTPR: Open division, 5.0 and under, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0 and 2.5. Play is usually in the weekday evenings and some matches are played during the weekend.
"The Complete Game"
The game of tennis has changed so much over the last few decades... to be a more modern and a more competitive player these days, you need to learn the game from A to Z. Develop good habits in many areas such as agility, conditioning, quickness and speed while having fun on the court.
February greetings fellow ASRC members; it is pretty clear winter has arrived. Our members have not let early morning and evening sub-freezing temperatures on several days in January stand in their way as a number of ASRC USTA tennis teams are in full swing and our swim programs (youth and masters) continue to stay fit while having a good time as they churn out laps.
