The game of tennis has changed so much over the last few decades... to be a more modern and a more competitive player these days, you need to learn the game from A to Z. Develop good habits in many areas such as agility, conditioning, quickness and speed while having fun on the court. There are 4 major areas of this game you need to focus on when learning to play competitive tennis... Physical, Technical, Tactical and Mental.

  • Physical is working on getting quicker, faster and stronger on the court with good footwork, balance and motor skills. Develop first step explosive quickness and speed, agility, stamina and strengthen core muscles.
  • Technical is working on proper strokes and technique. Developing tracking skills... track the direction, pace, spin and depth of the moving ball. Work on stroke fundamentals, ball control, movement and court coverage.
