Summer is in full swing at ASRC! I hope you are getting a chance to enjoy time with family and friends on either the tennis courts, in the pool or both.
We continue to see our owners utilizing the ASRC online portal (thank you to all of you who have successfully uploaded your credit card information to facilitate monthly billing). Keep in mind the online portal is where you can reserve tennis courts as well as sign up for upcoming socials. Features will continue to be added, so be sure to check regularly.
As I mentioned in my June communication, the objections posed by the neighborhood have forced us to review our facility improvement master plan. We met with the City of San Jose planning commission the afternoon of June 27th. Our goal is to move forward with much needed improvements to the club in relatively short order (some of which had been postponed due to the planned larger renovation). The timelines for other improvements in accord with fiscal prudence will be communicated as they take shape.
The owner survey I referenced in last month's communication will be distributed sometime in July. Please keep an eye out for it (email) and please take the time to respond.
The Board's responsibility continues to be to make the best decisions in the interest of the owner community as a whole. As we receive guidance from the City on what we can do in relative short order we’ll communicate those plans to all of you.
Please continue to encourage friends to consider their own membership at ASRC. Our best source of new members has always been our current owners.
